Immersion Residential

Immersion Residential provides 24/7, clinically supervised residential treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or co-occurring diagnoses. Located in Boynton Beach, Florida, Immersion Residential offers a structured, supportive environment where patients can stabilize, heal, and build the foundation for long-term recovery. Our residential program is often the first step in care, followed by step-down treatment at Immersion Outpatient in Delray Beach as patients progress in their recovery.

  • A structured, substance-free environment

Group therapy provides peer support and shared learning, helping patients build communication skills, accountability, and connection during treatment.

  • Daily therapeutic programming
  • Supportive staff focused on individualized care

This level of structure allows patients to focus fully on healing — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

The Immersion Continuum of Care

From Residential to Outpatient Treatment

Recovery doesn’t stop after residential care. Immersion Residential is part of a full continuum of care, allowing patients to step down into lower levels of treatment as they gain stability and confidence.

Step-Down to Immersion Outpatient (Delray Beach)

After completing residential treatment, many patients transition to Immersion Outpatient, where they continue therapy while gradually returning to daily life.

Depending on clinical needs, step-down options may include:

  • Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
  • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
  • Outpatient therapy and aftercare services

This seamless transition helps patients maintain momentum in recovery while building independence.

Why Choose Immersion Residential?

  • Integrated addiction and mental health treatment
  • Personalized, evidence-based care plans
  • Medical detox and MAT when appropriate
  • Clear step-down path to outpatient treatment
  • South Florida locations offering continuity of care

Our goal is to meet patients where they are and support them through every stage of recovery — from residential stabilization to long-term wellness.

Straightforward answers to common questions about addiction and mental health treatment, levels of care, insurance, and what to expect — so you can feel confident taking the next step.

How long is the treatment program?

Treatment length is individualized based on clinical needs, diagnosis, and progress. Some individuals may begin with medical detox (when appropriate) followed by residential treatment or outpatient care, while others may start directly in an outpatient setting.

Treatment plans evolve over time and may include multiple levels of care as part of a structured recovery process.

Immersion Residential provides 24/7, structured inpatient care for individuals who need a higher level of support, stabilization, or medical oversight.

Immersion Outpatient offers PHP, IOP, and outpatient treatment for individuals who are clinically stable and able to live at home or in supportive housing while attending treatment.

Many individuals transition from residential treatment into outpatient care as part of their recovery journey, though some may begin treatment directly in outpatient services depending on clinical need.
